Dear Sir, The RC seems to be standing in your name and send a legal notice or your own letter or inform them on phone that you are going to lodge complaint of theft in respect of the said Bike which is illegally kept by them. The lender seems to be not registered money lender as such his activities are all illegal and punishable.

If you have fulfilled the terms of the finance agreement by paying the agreed amount and the other party is refusing to return your bike, it may be considered a wrongful withholding of property. In such a situation, you can take the following steps:
- Communicate: Clearly communicate your demand for the return of your bike to the other party, preferably in writing or through a formal communication channel. Keep a record of all communication.
- Legal Notice: If the other party continues to refuse to return the bike, you can send a legal notice through a lawyer, stating your intention to take legal action if the bike is not returned within a specified period.
- Legal Action: Consult with a lawyer to explore legal remedies available to you, such as filing a civil suit for recovery of the bike or initiating legal proceedings to enforce your rights under the finance agreement.
