I have deposit amout 15000 to online betting company megapari.com. but they have deposit my amount to another player id bymistek and this things they are agreed in mail reply by megapari and now they are saying that they can't do help me after a long conversation via mail. What should i do, can i get back my deposit amout from the company and how

Earlier betting in any form was void- ab initio I e void from the very beginning under Indian contract act .However in congruity a plethora of cricket sites ,horse racing & in many other erenas betting is legal & is incombently in wogue . That is precisely the conundrum in your case, the fact that has been claimed by you are a little indecipherable as they do not disclose the preceeding events which eventually led to taking away the quantum of money that you mention. Elucidate to me the requisite fact so that I will endeavour to provide you with palliative legal remedy .
