I have case 323 341 325 now iam acquitted then I can get a goverment job
you can apply for the government Job as now the trial has come to an end and the decision is in your favor ie you have been acquitted from all the charges which were upon you in relation to the offence

yes. sure u can try government job. there is no issue about case. charging complaints or FIR or charge sheet it is not problem. problem is there if you found guilty and court ordered this finally. then it creates obstacles. so keep it up. there is solution.

if no appeal lies over the provided case order or over judgment of acquittal no appeal has been filed , as as you have mentioned, then you can apply for any govt. job. by the mean time if you have time to appear before any govt. job application then you should go for quashing of that case so that no further appeal lies over it.
