yes if yes case has be registered under Abu mention section as stated by you you cannot leave the country without the permission of the court you have to approach the trial court or High Court to get the permission with reason to leave the country

ok this is under the passport act section 12 of the passport act if your on bail and you want to go you have to go by the terms of the bail that the accused has a place in society will not tamper with evidence will show good conduct
