I have been falsely accused of selling vapes online

Yesterday I recieved a notice for investigation mentioning visit to banglore ccb office(anti narcotics wing) mentioned sections were 406.420. IPC 66 IT act, i dont have any knowledge about these i am just 17 and a student, few months back i found a website listed on google openly selling vapes online so ordered one to try out, got my money scammed at that website, i got nothing, then there was a guy whom i met on insta helped me getting refund from that.And today I got notice for owning the site

All the sections you have stated, none is related to narcotics, this seems also to be fake notice. if you provide me the notice and other details then I am able to provide a specific remedy. In sec 406, 420 you will easily bail. Ranjeet Sonker Advocate High court
