I have applied for return of property but its been four months since I

My bike and my belongings were taken by police while I was remanded for an alleged ndbs case, its been four months since I applied for return of property but I am not getting a proper guidance from my lawyer . its recorded in the fir that I the contraband was found while I was travelling in my bike which is registered in my name and I am a1 in this . my lawyer is telling me judge is not present always when I ask him .what should I do

which court the case is pending?
if possible get a change of vakalat from previous lawyer and proceed further.
If the judge is on leave surely some in charge judge will take over the case.
No case will be left over

Writs are a written order from the Supreme Court or High Court that commands constitutional remedies for Indian Citizens against the violation of their fundamental rights. Article 32 in the Indian Constitution deals with constitutional remedies that an Indian citizen can seek from the Supreme Court of India and High Court against the violation of his/her fundamental rights.
