I have a suspicion that my lawyer got involved with other party


01-Feb-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Police didn't file FIR but she went to magistrate for 156(3) Can this be because my lawyer conspired with her? So FIR is filed and case goes on?

That's the normal procedure under the CrPC 1973. At this stage with the Limited information in the question it is difficult to ascertain whether your lawyer conspired with her. However, if you suspect the same you must change your lawyer because these trust issues will cause mental agony to you.
