i have a query regarding divorce and dv and dowry demands

My husband filed the divorce after 3 yrs of marriage because his family is not accepting me as I am not that beautiful and did not bring anything as it was the love marriage.. so they taunt me always.. they put the false blames that jabaan chalati hai.. but only God knows ki maine kuch nhi kaha as I was alone out there.. they humiliate and abuse me so much. my husband use to demand money so I have transferred money into his account like 70k 10k every month and 50k to his brother account.. he use to beat me if I don't give money.. he spoiled me and leaving me because his family want me to leave him and told my husband to divorce him and we will make you settle in canada.. and it's been year that my husband planned this divorce and misused my phone and chat with boys and took the screenshot and filed the divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruelty.. omg I got shocked when I heard his plan and saw that chats.. I tried to attempt suicide as my partner is doing m character assassination?

you have to follow the court's proceedings and if any summon is being mailed to you then you have to appear before the family court. The grounds have to be taken into consideration for fair play. File a written statement against the petition for divorce and put your words into it.

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a FIR Under section 323/504/506/498A IPC . THEREAFTER file a case under domestic violence act against the husband and in law's.
the first ground of divorce is 2 years desertion of the spouse.
