I am from Kashmir 2019 when article 370 broke someplaces are shut down here and somewhere starting stone pelting I am in our shop and I close my shop and go outside but here camera capture me and they called me to come police station and I go and they are arrest me and FIR 307 AND ALSO 336,332,148,149 and punished in jail longtime... now I complete almost 5 years but my case have no charge sheet and challan done I want to close this case I am Student i have face much more problems on study

The High Court has the authority to quash a First Information Report (FIR) when a compromise is reached between the complainant and the accused. Both parties can jointly file a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), outlining the terms and conditions of the settlement.
