I had relationship with girl. In six yrs she cheated me alot. I came to know she was engaged 3 to 4 guys when she involved me in her life. I abused her alot in written, she abused me alot too. nNow she filed a police complaint against me and submitted abusive proofs. She n her friend work like a commercial gang they used person n then thrown out them.Pls suggest is there any way to counter her complaint. I m having proof she abused me alot, she cheated me, she used to vulgar chats with guys I have proofs and she is having my money didn't give back yetPls suggest is there any counter way.

You can also file a complaint in writing to the police station of your area regarding your grievances. And as far as the money is concerned you can always serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can say that either refund my money or face legal action. I would suggest you lodge a strong cross FIR against her its the only way to counter her complaint as her complaint if turned into FIR and offence of rape is added to it you may get into a great trouble. For efficacious legal representation, you may consult me.

hello client as i can see your issue is very much complicated issue . in your matter as you are willing to counter her case in tht manner you need to urgently move to court by filling the quashing of the said complaint by showing all the proof you are having with you to proove tht you are not guilty of any crime
