I got checked on buying new scooter

I purchased a scooter 3 days back and today i got to know they handed me 8 months old manufactured scooterThey have not informed me about this, they are doing fraud openlyIs there anything i can do? can i get a replacement?

dear, you may do one thing, is that you may file a complaint in consumer court, where you may take the help that the company sold you 8 month manufactured scooter also you ma launch your complaints in criminal court for cheating and breaching of trust under section 420, 406 IPC

you may serve them with a legal notice mentioning all the facts and demand them either to give you a new scooter Or to return the monies paid in the purchase... thereafter you may file complaint in consumer court Or fir in police station.
