you can file application for discharge , approach highcourt for quashing on merits and it's depends on your case , without studying case nothing can be advised and offences are serious in nature so proceed cautiously and carefully and even if it's go for trial you have to defend and disprove the case of prosecution countering all d evidences.

Hi,
I have gon through the entire details provided by you, the court will call and brief you the entire allegation as against you and the details of the charges,
you can either accept the entire allegation as against you or deny the same and contest the case,

if you say you are not guilty, the court is going to frame charges and it's the prosecution duty to prove the case, so kindly follow your Advocate instructions or we can contact us, we can defend you in the case.
we are experts in handling these kind of criminal cases

Charge is basically the allegations made against you with regard to the alleged offences.
The judge will read out the offences alleged against you. If you plead guilty the matter will be posted for sentencing.
So if you are not guilty of the alleged offences plead “not guilty” and the matter will be posted for trial. During trial you can prove your case by examining and cross examining witnesses.
So it’s not very complicated
