I gave 498A complaint on my inlaws family..how can I transfer case ila

I lodge complaint on my inlaws for cheating (education and job nature)and dowry harrassment ..trail is going on in saidapet court...For education purpose .I need to move to abroad...can I forward case to fasttrack mahila court to get speedy justice.

the case is conducted by the state prosecution and your role is to attend witness before the court and as and when necessary you should appear before The Honorable Court Aaj a complainant you should be present before that Court on each and every hearing in second circumstances you can ask for the dispense with of your presence before The Honorable Court you cannot change a case from one core to another court without any valid reasons going abroad is not a valid reason
