I found the fraudsters who fraud me

In 2022 I have paid fraudsters 3000rs for job after receiving the money wo use area se Khali karke chale gye maine iske regarding police me complaint Kari grievance bhi Dale but all action are useless meri complaint closed kar di lekin again maine ek news channel ngo me dubra use fraudsters ko dekha jisne mere sath fraud kiya tha wo abhi bhi fraud kar raha hai aap mujhe kya karne chaiye mere pass ab puri complaint ka acknowledgement bhi nahi hai jise me grievance dal saku

you need to file a complaint before the MM. the .MM will order the police for investigation the case ,the process is very simple to file the case before M.M. once you lodge the complaint in mm court , further process will be done by police

You can always file a fresh complaint against the culprits and in that you can write that you had already complained about them before also and if nothing fruitful happened then you can approach the magistrate according to your jurisdiction and file a complaint under section 156(3) CrPC for registration of FIR against them.
