I established a love relationship with a married women.but she don't know I'm also married.we established physical relationship two times.But I never promised to marry her..I hid her at first that I was married too.But she was in a relationship with me even after she found out I was married..But thinking we're going the wrong way I want to leave of the relationship now..but I'm worried can she file a false rape case.my fact can consider to rape or misconception??

dear client as per your query since you said the lady then got to know that you are married but then also she was in relationship with you and also as per you said that the lady was also married isn't it so she can't file a rape case against you what is your jurisdiction place...

Pls tell your girlfriend to refrain herself from blackmailing because Court of law is not a child's play ground where any game can b played at whims. She will very get herself landed up in big trouble if she is sued by you on the contrary bfor mental harassment agony and serious types of false allegation . By no chance she will b given the opportunity to misuse the protection given to women by law .
