I used an online paid girl service through WhatsApp, paid her, and she was satisfied. Now, the husband of the paid girl is blackmailing me, threatening to do something harmful, and I'm unsure which state they're from.

Well then, you should lodge a FIR against them for Extortion in the name of Paid Prostitution Services. If prolonged threats won't stop, you have to file a Police Complaint against them and get it turned into FIR under the charge of Extortion.
