I did not get my refund in bike rental service

It was said in a rental shop that 5000 will be security deposit and you wil get a refund within 48 hours after returning car , it exceeded two days but I didn't get my refund what can I do

You may send him a leagal notice via an advocate. In this notice you may demand that they should return your money. If they don't do that even after receiving your leagal notice you may file a criminal complaint against them.

File a case in consumer forum of your state annexing the documents. you should have the proof of depositing 5000,plus any message ,email from their end which stated abt the security deposit refund status(whether they are denying it ) ,messages sent by you regarding asking for refund etc
