They can just file a kalandra against you in the court. And in that you just need to either pay the fine in the court by pleading guilty OR you can always fight by pleading not guilty. You will get proper summons into the address that is written on your Aadhar Card. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes a kalandra will be submitted against you in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate of the area concerned where you were caught. Thereafter you need to appear in person before the judge and plead. For further advise you may contact

you may be required to appear before a magistrate or court, where they will be formally charged and given an opportunity to present their defense. The court will then determine the appropriate legal consequences, which can include fines, community service, or other penalties.

first and foremost you are required to check if there is any fir filed against you or not. if there are no fir then you can be relaxed but if there is an fir then the police will produce that in the court and depending on the content of fir you may be penalised. it is best to use the services of an advocate to give you correct guidenace

They will send you a court summon after a period of time and court will fine you or may leave you depending upon the judged, well if we talk about law then according to law it may be upto 10000/- or jail for max 3 motions but it rarely happens judge always sees the conduct if u have created a public nuisance in large scale then get prepared but request you to kindly not do it again.
