I Bought one Doberman male Puppy from Dhavangere I Paid 8200 Rs when i recieved puppy not well i returned to dealer but now dealer not refunded my ammount he promised ammount refund but now he not picking my call and not answering my msg also... How can i deal my problem how can i get my money back.
You need to provide more details w.r.t this transaction and also provide receipt or any other documentary evidence from the seller that you have purchased the dog from the seller you can always issue a legal notice for refund of your amount. If he still fails to refund the amount you can always opt for filing a suit for recovery, if there was an invoice depending on it you can also file a summary suit.
