I am undertrial in Atrocity case but case yet not started

Falsely implicated in atrocity case iam undertrial 66 yearold heart patient spent 17 months in jail.session Court released me from jail on bond of 3000/- rupees with one surety to be given within one month.since i am living alone without family n children i cant give surety due to poverty can the court force me to give surety? Case is imaginary filed for personal benefit to remove me from housing society chairmans post. .

Well, if the person is an indigent one, he can be released on bail by the police or by the court on his executing a bail bond without sureties under Section 436 CrPC. Thus, court cannot compel you for surety.
