Firstly we need to know that whether FIR has been lodged against you or not.. Your query does not tell about it.. Then we need to know the facts on the basis of which you feel that THE FIR could be lodged against you..

If f.i.r has been lodged against you then you have remedy to approach High court for quashing of f.i.r or you can file Anticipatory bail application. In such circumstances you are advised to approach High Court for protection of your liberty.
