I am studying MBBS and I'm in second year. I just passed 1st year and got my result in April. I've already paid my 2nd year fee, now the college is asking for the 3rd year fee, is this allowed?

hi first need to see the admission course fee payment method and the reason why they are asking to pay now and if it is contrary to terms and conditions then you could send legal notice to not to ask and pay the money
