I am out on bail and I need to know what will happen after quashing fi

I have agreed to marry the complanaint on the other part we were dating she filed a false case for money. I am out on bail currently I have applied for quashing of fir in HC. The girl has been called in HC if she denies to marry then what will happen to her... I have shown court all the evidence of her chats and photos and everything.

Well if she denies to marry you and really you had indulged in sex with her without her consent, then, you can be booked for the offence of Rape and can face upto life time imprisonment in court. If her Rape Case is false, you can file a case of Perjury too.

If you file quashing on the basis that she will marry you. And she reject the proposal before court then court will dismiss the quashing petition. You will have to fight out the case before trial court.

you need to face the trial and prove your innocence. even if she refuses to remarry, you can still prove your innocence by relying on the evidence, chats and photographs as mentioned by you. even if she refuses to marry you and makes such a statement in the HC, that won't be a ground for the HC to decide the quashing petition on merits.
