I am from Delhi and i had a relationship with a man from Jaipur. Initially it was consensual later we discussed marriage and we took a decision. Post meeting his parents things got discorded between us as i didn't want to stay with his parents. I sent him emails to stating that he is a good person. Later as i was told by a lawyer to file a rape case, i fabricated the FIR and put 376 and 377 on him. I was also on matrimonial website when i was with him. i also gave him a handwritten note stating he did sex well. Now FIR is filed what should i do ?

If you have filed any false or fabricated complaint and FIR has been lodged. At the outset, withdraw the same and get it quashed. There is serious punishment for filing false cases upon anybody. For further clarification please feel free to contact Thanks

You need to get yourself prepared for cross examination ! You will be free public prosecutor and you can also hire expert advocate as proxy ! This is the only things you can do for your case ! Quashing is also an option but nowadays courts are not willing to quash FIR but there is no harm in trying ! Being hostile is also options followed by people ! All the best n b in touch

Make sure you substantiate your allegations against him before the magistrate while getting your statement recorded under Sec. 164 Cr.P.C. Any different story might jeopardise your case against him. Meanwhile, prepare solid evidence against him to provide it to the investigating officer who would be filling chargesheet considering those evidences provided by you. Moreover, remaining on matrimonial site doesn't sway away the very fact that he made a promise to marry you and entered into sexual intercourse and that my dear itself makes a good case of rape. Also, the handwritten note is not sufficient for him to get away from the allegations easily. It all comes down to the effective arguments of the lawyer to convince the judge to prove your case. Good luck!
