I am currently in bail period and working in other country Kindly help

Respected Advocates, I got arrested in January 2023, After 15 day i got bail i waited for 4 months to get start my case but police didn't send the chargesheet. After waiting this much i joined a company in Foreign Country And I got my 1st date in October which i am unable to attend and now second date on January 2024, I was not getting Leave from the company because its a 1 year contract period with the company. How many date Court Give a bail person to attend in court?

Dear Questionnaire As per the law after procurement of bail you have to appear on next date before continuing your appearance, apart from this you should file one petition under Cr.P.C for exemption of appearance before court. Free then call
