I am Chaitanya, 20 years old . I am a day trader in stock market and capable of making my own money and handling my expenses. My family is highly influential as the know certain MLA and top rated police officers in maharashtra . They also belong from a traditional background and they won't let me live my life freely . I am thinking of going abroad to a country which does not have any extradition treaty with india by investment visa . As I am afraid that they will block my bank account allegedly and put fake charges against me and impound my passport and freedom . I also know that if I file the case in india , the indian judicial court will take a lot of time like couple years for my freedom to prove me innocent , what shall I do , am I safe abroad or shall I file a petition in india against them

First of all it’s advisable for you to just sit and explaining about the differences that you are facing. But if there’s no scope for any mediation then you can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and then you will at the freedom to do anything as you are above 18. hello client as a matter of facts you have mentioned above in this matter we can definatelly help for sure but for tht matter we will chose to state of delhi to file the petition in fir your freedom that you want grom your family in this matter we nees to file tge pwrition first after tht you move out side the country. as you wish but with filling case yoi will remain in troble for sure.
