I am a govt servant. I have been talking to a massage man, which involves money and location like talks but I never visited there, nor transferred any money. Later I came to know that it was a fake call by someone who is relative of my colleague. It has been a year I don't have their number or any recordings but one of my colleague is circulating it among other colleagues. How to deal with all these mental torture. I don't have any evidence. They just indirectly blackmailing and harassing.

It seems you have been trapped in this situation by your colleagues etc. You need to consult an advocate of your choice. So that action may be taken against those who are harassing you. You may meet us in person and discuss your case. Brij Mohan (Adv.)

Hello, I would advise you to consult a lawyer having expertise and initiate legal action to overcome this ordeal and torture. This is a clear cut case of blackmailing and criminal intimidation to tarnish and defame you in the eyes of general public. You should file a complaint through a lawyer. Further you may also file a suit for mandatory injuction

Hello I have gone through your question and I have seen that someone is blackmailing you or rather he want to implicate you in a false case of Hari trap I request you to lodge a criminal complaint against those persons if police refused to register the case you can move the district court seeking direction for police to register the case I request you to share your question in detail so that I can help you thank you
