Husband refused to give divorce even though 498 case is taken back

Consent term has been sign by me and my husband but it was mentioned that first he wil hav to sign on divorce letter first and then he wil hav to go in high court for quashing on 498A.but some how he is not ready to give me divorce deliberately just for finish 498A he is going for quashing..How can i stop his proceeding
You can appoint 1 advocate from high court he will tell you all tricks how to stop your husband for quashing a FIR,he will deny the objection and setaside the order,if you are hindu then take a divorce as per hindu law
