Sir/ mam
Wife has to apply for the anticipatory bail if an FIR is registered against her. And when she gets the bail and she has to join the investigation and she won't be arrested once she get the bail. She can come to India and defend her case.

in this case, it is advised that first of all the lady should apply for Anticipatory bail from the court of sessions in the matter of FIR registered against her. Once bail is granted, she can come to INdia and she can give evidence before the police and also give proofs regarding the false FIR and simultaneausly, she can lodge complaint against her husband and can get case registered against him.
