Husband Paid money for the job purpose and the person stole the money

My husband has paid money for job purpose and the person who took the money had left his job and switchedoff his mobile and not responded to any other source. All the transactions has been done through by husbands account and now we are thinking to raise the police complaint. Can i give the complaint insted of my husband..?

hi yes you could file a police complaint stating he had approached you for job purpose and that you could also file suit for recovery of money against that person by sending him legal notice asking him to pay money
