Phir toh aapko ek bail application file kardeni chahiye ab tak. Aur agar compromise karna hai toh uss basis par FIR bhi quash ho jayegi. Par FIR quashing High Court se hi hoti hai. Zyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact kare.

bail mil sakti hai .... kyunki rage of anger mai fight hui hai or dono ko chot lagyi hai.....aap zone husband ka medical lagalo.... also he is not habitual offender ya ko Purana criminal record bhi nahin hai unka ... u can apply for his bail

Aap Jald se Jald Bail le sakte hai agar aapki settlement ho gayi hai. Aapko bas court me bail file karni hai and agar complaint ko koi dikkat nahi hai to court aapko bail de dega. Aur agar mamla settle ho gaya hai to aap log High Court jaake FIR Quash bhi kara sakte hai jisse mukadma bilkul khatam ho jayega. Aapko abhi jald se jald kuch steps lene padenge taaki mukudma shuru hone se pahle hi khatam ho jaaye.
