I had filed an FIR 498A on my husband in 2020 cause of an abusive relationship with my husband. The charge sheet is filed in Thane Mumbai court. My husband has filed a 506 case on me, what should I do next to safeguard myself. Is there a arrest on 506..

Mam apne 498 a FIR registered hua hai aur chargesheet bhi file hua hai woh chargesheet mai apke husband court Mai aake appear hote hai kya konsa police station hai apke husband ne 506 konsi court Mai file Kiya hai

So basically, you are saying, that, your Husband has filed a case of Criminal Intimidation against you. Well, if you have given him threat to harm his reputation or property, then that is why you have been booked under this offense
