Husband and his family torchering me for divorce

Due to my husband's physical problems, his family threatened to kill me and asked me to divorce him, but I did not agree. Beat me for it .

File a police complaint and ask local police to initiate case under section 498A IPC. If local police refuses to do so approach court under 156(3) CRPC for issuing a direction to police to lodge the FIR against the family members of your husband.

For a proper solution I need to go through your papers first which you will b required to pay my online telephonic consultation fees and then send papers over mail for a solution. dear client, you must be visit to the nearest police station and lodge a F.I.R against your husband and his family member than contact an advocate who will ensure your safety in a legal way. without police complain you can't sustain in your matrimonial house. you must be take a legal step against in your husband and your in laws
