Hurt by electrocuting field of body and brain how can I protect myself

hi I am a doctor,during working at VMMC Safderjung hospital new delhi ,I found few criminal to do apply(hurt by using electrical field of body and brain) on me and because of that i got severe acute psychosis with uncontrolled Idea to come in brain and severe body pain for period of 3 yrs.This kind of process(apply) is not medically defined.Now I improved.Can law provide me protection against this type of hurt.I know this people from my childhood.Now I am 30 yrs.age.
