How to withdrew the case under 376(2)N , 376, 506 nd posco ??

My friend is arrested in case of false promise of marriage rape case. He is arrested under section 376(2)N , 376 , 506 nd posco act. He is 22years old. If he get imprisonment under this section his future nd career get destroyed. The girl is ready to take the case back. How can we take it back?? Please advice me how to withdrawal this case.

Ask the girl to file for compromise along with the accused (ur friend). This application can be filled before the delivery of judgemental .It is up to the court to accept it otherwise u can appeal in High court .

The offences under these sections are not compoundable and therefore the case cannot be withdrawn, the girl (victim) can change her statement in the trial which will help the accused in future to get bail.
