Hi, i m a victim. V love eachother, my parents got to know about our relationship, they didn't accept it. I came out of my house. His parents accepted and asked me to wait for his elder brother 's marriage, i waited till 2yrs then he got married. After elder brother 's marriage also they didn't marry us, after few months one they (along with my lover) hit me and sent me out from the house. I filed a case on them (IPC 376(2)(N), 417, 420,323). He got bail and v got married and bless with a child.

We can quashed the case in highcourt and we can quashed all these sections by file a petition at high court and quashed the case...you approach to any advocate he will help you in filing the petition in high court and quashed the case in the high court... approach to any advocate he will help you
