Hello client I have read Ur question in this case as u have told I have to knw tht what is the whole case on which u have filled a case under section 420 ipc. Yes u can take the benifit from this case .but in that case u need to have a good lawyer who can convince the judge as well as stands for u for compensation to finish the case with a settlement.and in this manner they will also learn a lesson also.

Section 420 IPC is compoundable by the person cheated with the permission of the court. If the accused are ready to compromise and you want to withdraw your case, you can make your submissions before the court for withdrawal after receiving the property so lost by you.

Yes you can withdraw your case under section 482 Code of criminal procedure. But what type of benefits you want , for that I need to listen whole story behind this case otherwise proper advice can not be given.
