How to withdraw 302 CrPr case?

He's male and has 45 years old He got imprisonment in May 2022 with case 302 his wife fabricated proved he has murdered his small daughter but She was in anger with him during verbal arguments she pushed 6 months baby but he didn't noticed, when he saw baby was looking not good condition so he himself rushed to the hospital

though your case is not cleared is he proved and sentenced for imprisonment you are saying the case is in may 2022 almost 4years back is still the case is proceeding ....yes the case can be opened with appeal in uppercourt... contact me we can discuss further.

Only appellate court can correct this focus on strong criminal appeal, not fresh complaints. Bring medical records, witness inconsistencies, and defence version on record If there is strong proof of false implication, High Court can set aside conviction or order retrial.

if the trail is underway we can do something if the case has passed the trial and sentence announced Only the quantum of sentences can be reduced and further can only be advised with proper information
