How to void the case under 156 (3) for Section 504 and Section 506

My FIR has been lodged on 25 Jan 2016 under 498 A in Lucknow. Opponents filed the case under 156(3) for filing under IPC 504 and 506 in November 2016 but recently known to us. Actually they are escaping from FIR and maintenance case? What should be done to void this case?
file an anticipatory bail application. and a fir quashing petition.
they will be filing anticipatory bail in the case which you have filed.

do not panic 156(3) won't effect your case by the way try to build more cases against your husband such as domestic violence and others and more over 506 and 504 has no value if not filed with 323 if the order in maintenance is finalise please file for execution
