I have read ur query .according to which ur having a realtiinship with one of ur classmate but this realtionship is not very long span it was very short sapn of time when u both stands together for each other as well as you are saying you both never initimated with each other and you are of the view that ur classmate is going to file a rape case against you if this us the condition then ur not at all.secured ur in big trouble you have to immidiately secure urself otherwise you will be in big trouble you should immidiately rush to an criminal advocate.

Why you have such serious apprehension that she will file a false case against you? If you have done nothing wrong, you should not be worried. It appears you are hiding some facts. So assuming that there were physical consensual relationship between you and your girlfriend, you may get a diary entry in your police station with the help of a good lawyer, this diary entry will be helpful to you in procuring a bail in case she slaps false rape charges, but beware, it may go against you as well if not drafted very skillfully as whatever you will file will be construed as your admitted position in future and will narrow down your defense later.
