How to represent in high court please suggest and help

15-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A govt employee - X , is arrested by inspector in lucknow claiming that X was taking bribe and section 7 of the pc act has been imposed on him. My question is that : The person x is merely a clerk who has no role played in license section department and its claimed that he has taken bribe for making license . Secondly he was on medical leave from 1/11/2018 to 27/11/2018 and the complainant claims that he met person X on 27/11/18 ion afternoon. Also the recovery memo as well as the hand wash process both were prepared and performed not on spot but 10 km away from spot of incident and that to in a police station. What are the chances of bail in this application and also how to represent this case . Please suggest if possible.

on the abovementioned query there is no chance for granting of bail in the sessions court but on the first bail application in the honourable high court, if your lawyer satisfies the court that Mr. X is not present on that date and the place where the police officials arrests Mr. X, then the bail is granted by the honourable court
