How to quit from the proposal when the girl is threatening to suicide

I had a mutual exchange of chat and etc with a girl for a long time.I actually hate her but her pleaded impressed me and i started talking to her, I asked her about dowry etc and a lot of bull shit but in the end, i always told her that IF MY PARENTS AGREE then only i will be able to marry you. She told her that she will send her father to ask about this with my mother and i said ok,but she sent her mother and made a huge issue after my mother denied it. i liked her because she promised me many offers and lured me like a 5cr dowry & Gvt job because her dad is corrupt. unfortunately, i did not record some calls but she did & now threatening me with her mother that I MUST MARRY HER & she will suicide etc he can not escape etc.on another hand my mother is crying a lot because she made a big issue and behaved rudely with my mother. I did not liked it and my mother is my life.If this is the case what would be the future?? So i want to quit from this proposal or I want to suicide.
