How to quash FIR which was caused when I was a juvenile

Respected, mera selection central industrial secirity force mai constable post par hua hai. 3/6/17 meri reporting date thi. Mera joining nahi ho paya bacause muzpar 14 saal ki umar mai case hua tha aur juvenile justice bord ne muze probation of offenders act ke tahat 2 saal ke bond par release kar diya. Kya mai probation of offenders act ke sec. 12 ke base par high court mai writ kar sakta hu fir quash karne ke liye state of maharastra ko respondent banakar?? Releted department central gov ka hai jisme mera selection hua hai. Kya highcourt crpc sec. 482 ke tahat mera fir quash kar sakate hai?? Mera ye ekhi police record hai uske baad aajtak koi record nahi hai..please reply kare.

Go for a clarification/rectification of your status of your case before high court it will definitely clear your stand ask also for a direction to get you recruited in the concern department challenging its denial letter

Aap ka conviction kab Hua tha? Aap ko juvinile justice act, 2000 ke section-15 me deal kiya Jana chahiye tha, tab aap ko us act ke s.19 ka laabh milta, jo probation of offenders act Ki Dhara 12 Ki hi tarah hai. Lekin Kai mamlo me Honourable Supreme Court kaha chuka hai Ki s. 19 juvenile justice act, 2000 aur s.12 probation of offenders act,1958 me difference hai. Apka conviction ho chuka hai, isliye aap s. 482 CrPC me High Court FIR quashing ke liye nahi ja sakte. Aap High Court is adhar par ja sakte hai Ki aapko probation of offenders act me deal kiya Gaya bajaay Ki juvenile justice act ke. Apko Samvidhan ke Article-226 ke tahat aapki appointing authority ke apko disqualify karne ke decision ke virrudhha High Court me writ file karni chahiye.

Juvenile ki fIR us vyakti k khilaf uske adult hone pr istemal nhi ki ja sakti he. We automatically quash Ho Jati he. Isliye ab wo fir apke khilaf istemal nhi ho sakti he. Ab ap join kr sate he. Koi problem nhi hogi
