How to quash fake FIR for the clearance of passport

There was Fake FIR raised on 2015 to acquire our land from me and i am senior citizen who stays with wife alone at village. 1) till now there was no charge sheet and summons given to me. But when i applied for new passport as my daughter wants me to visit them in abroad, application got rejected due this case is active and not closed. I have all original patta and all. My question what should i do on this to get passport? Actually i want to visit my daughter home to see my grand son. What should we do?
Hi sir madam.
Police work only file fir after you get bail or ab he is not file charge sheet because he is busy another case and also the complainant party not cooperating.

Hello sir on your Fir based on the complaint and verocity of allegations only reasons about the denial of the passport rejection and after reading of the FIR and others things only it can sort out and if th ecase is false against you means we go directly to quash the entire proceedings
