Sir ,Iam a final year btech student and iam going to prepare for bank PO exams. But I have a criminal case against me under section 324 and that is a fake one. However we are going to quash that case.So i just want to know that is there any chance for problems during my bank job verification regarding this case even after quashing the case?
Dear aspirant,
Please note that the said case can be quashed by virtue of a provision as envisaged in our Criminal laws. However, I should remind you that it is not too easy as you feel and at the same time it is not too difficult also.Firstly, you should furnish the copy of FIR and such other connected documents for a thorough perusal , then only I will be able to provide a proper advise in the regards. Hence, feel free to contact me .

The high court will quash the case only if convinced that the case is totally false. That is difficult. The remedy is to meet the injured and settle the case with him and file a advance petition and end it.
