I had went to jail for a girl in crimal case. Presure fully i married her also bt my case didnt raised still. So plz tell me how i will raise my case??
Firstly did u receive any summons from the court. If yes the court have summoned you for your personal appearance before the court. Once your appearance before the court is over your case will be moved to the trial bench.
