How to proceed with second bail application

Second Bail application is not putting up from last 12 dates from February to May, 2017. What should I do to puuting up my file.
Sir, from your query, it so appears that your bail application is pending consideration before hon'ble high court. Better way is to move an application for early listing and mention the case when it is listed.

Ans: This is the practical problem of the court. It appears the number of your case does not reaches due to paucity of time. In the event you can file application to take up the bail application If Rules allows so. In alternate you can make request to the court on the day when the case is listed on board . But only the counsel appearing in case can do this.
