How to make a boundary wall if the neighbours are interfering

Sir, I want to make a boundary wall on the side of my plot. The neighbors is not allowing me to construct it they are saying that we are constructing it through their land. They have already made a wall which extends to our plot. I am hereby requesting you to find a solution

In order to construct a boundary wall in the situation you mentioned you will have to approach tahsildar concerned with an application to get your property marked. Else you can approach civil court with a suit

Contact a lawyer ASAP,and file a caviet,so that they cannot get a court stay against u and u file a suit for restraining them from interfering with ur construction plans.Do all this ASAP , keep high secrecy, otherwise they will act first.
