How to get the case quashed for cheating

A 2016 case 420 filed in Pune court against me, my husband and mother in law for Cheating money loan with a family friend.husband has absconded and I need to file for divorce for his cheating as an affair too. I got misled and out of fear took bail.applied for squashing, got rejected on prima face. All misleading I am innocent and unemployed unable to pay lawyer fees.any way to approach court in person and dissolve...Lawyers are simply involving me more for money no solution!Need accurate advise I'm helpless.

I have gone through the query, but you not mentioned the grounds on which quashing petition is rejected. Further you also not mentioned the grounds under which offence of cheating case is registered. Please note that, before giving any advice , lawyer has to gone through the documents. Further. You have mentioned that you want divorce from the husband. Therefore please. Note that, to file divorce petition there are certain grounds to file it. Therefore it is advisable that you have to fix the grounds under which you want to file the petirion.

Madamji, u have to contest that criminal case, if the charge sheet is not came then ask the police if they don't found evidence against u then they can sent 169 report to the court and ask the court to delete ur name from the FIR but if the charge sheet is filed and yet the court not frame the charge against u then engage an advocate and file discharge application, if he court not found any allegations against u the the court can delete ur name from the charge. but if the matter is hearing then u have to defend it because this case is relating to crime and in the criminal case each accused having its special act it will not connected to ur family dispute. in my opinion u have defend this matter apart from ur family disputes.

Whether or not your name can be taken off the case will have to be seen after going through the chargesheet. If everything was done by your husband and your name doesn’t appear as a culprit in th police report, then you can be helped out. If you have financial problems, contact the legal aid cell in the pune district court. They will help you out with finding a lawyer. All the best
