Nothing. only to request the concern P.S. to arrest him or to go before the Superintendent of Police and intimate as well as request him to direct the I/C or O/C of the P.S. Concern to arrest him. Or to call the media inform all the facts of the Case and with them make a deputation with local people against the accused to the concern P.S. for arrest him. Court can not interfare the activities of Police Personal or their duties. whether the person was arrested by the Police or not it is not the business of the Court. Court can't direct the I/O to arrest the accused or produce him before the Court prior receiving Charge Sheet.

u can give the petition to the superior officer that he is roaming free and threatening me and in mean time give the petition for report in the case related before the additional chief judicial magistrate or chief judicial magistrate, so that the magistrate asked for report from the concerned police station about development of the case.
